Great grip and all the protection you need for the changing conditions of your winter projects – Hestra’s popular ice climbing glove is designed to meet alpine climbers’ stringent demands when it comes to fit, functionality and endurance. This model is unlined – apart from a thin layer of fleece – and the cuff goes up well above the jacket sleeve. An extra long wrist adjustment ensures that the glove stays firmly in place when you’re working with ice axes and retainers. The palm is made of goatskin, while the backhand and cuff are made of supple softshell fabric. The knuckles, thumb and index finger have synthetic suede reinforcements that are capable of withstanding friction from ropes very well. A laminated CZone membrane stops moisture and allows moisture to escape while optimising feel and grip. The glove also comes with Hestra handcuffs and has a hanging loop on the little finger. A perfect companion on technical trips where you want the best possible grip and fingertip feel.
