Returns and exchanges
Hestra USA accepts returns only for unused items purchased directly from our website within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in new condition with tags attached.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to extremely high volume during the Autumn and Winter months returns processing can take 10-14 days, thank you for your patience and we hope you have an amazing ski season.
Items purchased with a Discount/Pro Code are ineligible for returns/exchanges.
We provide a prepaid $10 return shipping label for your convenience, upon request. If you use the return shipping label, a $10 deduction is taken from your overall refund. Original outbound shipping fees are not refunded.
Returns with 5+ items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If gloves are returned with tags removed or missing, they may not be accepted into inventory. If they are accepted, a 10% retagging fee will be applied.
To make an exchange, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).
How to make a return
Please email cs@hestrausa.com and request a pre-paid return shipping label.
Once received, use the provided FedEx Ground shipping label to return your unwanted item.
Simply place your unused gloves in the box, reseal the box, affix the shipping label, and drop it off at a FedEx pickup location.
Using the provided return shipping label will incur a $10 deduction in your overall refund. Original outbound shipping fees are not refunded.
How to make an exchange
Please return the unwanted item(s) for a refund as described here and place a new order for the desired item(s).
Refunds
Refunds are processed as soon as possible once your return is received. Once received, it may take up to 10 business days to process your refund in-house, and it can then take a few additional business days to appear on your card statement. Refunds are processed to the card used in the original purchase.
Refund amounts reflect whether you used our $10 prepaid return shipping label and the number of items returned.
Original outbound shipping fees are not refunded.
If you return 5+ products, your return is subject to a non-refundable 10% restocking fee.
We cannot accept returns for any product that is not in new and unused condition, no exceptions. If products are returned with tags removed or missing, they may not be accepted into inventory. If they are accepted, a 10% retagging fee will be applied.
