These terms and conditions apply when you as a customer place an order through our web shop on hestragloves.com and its sub-domains. As these terms and conditions may be updated without prior notification we recommend that you read this text before every placed order. A binding order as well as an agreement of purchase occurs when you've placed the order. An order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you provided in the order. Reservation

We reserve the right for potential variances in available inventory that prevents us from fulfilling your order. Should the product you have ordered not be available then we will contact you to make sure that you are refunded without delay.

Prices

The prices shown on our website are including 25% sales tax and excluding freight costs unless otherwise specified.nnThe effective price is the price indicated for each product at the time of your order. Our prices may be subject to change at any time and without foregoing notice. We reserve our right to change and correct our prices should mistakes occur.

Payment

We use Klarna Checkout as payment method. Available means of payment are those provided by Klarna. By submitting an order you accept the terms for Klarna Checkout. The terms of Klarna Checkout are found on the checkout page close to the purchase button. If you have any questions regarding your payment, refund or invoice please contact Klarna directly on Klarna.com. No account information or credit card details such as card number or CVC code are stored in Martin Magnusson & Co AB's information systems.

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms if the delay or failure arises out of any event which is beyond our reasonable control. Such events shall include, without limitation, failure of infrastructure, government intervention, wars, civil commotion, hijacking, fire, flood, accident, storm, strikes, lockouts, terrorist attacks or industrial action affecting us or our suppliers.
