Hestra North America ships from the United States to Canada via Fedex for a flat rate of $25 CAD.
No service to Canadian PO Boxes.

Normal shipping time via Fedex is estimated to be 4-6 business days, but can be longer for certain addresses.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages are a huge disappointment. We do our best to help prevent these situations from happening, and we ask that you please use a secure delivery address for your order.
Hestra USA is not responsible for packages marked delivered by our shipping partners that have been lost or stolen.
If your package arrives damaged, please immediately photograph the box and its contents, clearly showing the damage. This will assist us in filing a claim with our shipping partner on your behalf.
