Below you will find information about our warranty policy and how to make a warranty claim.

We warranty our gloves to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the usable life of the product. Accidental damage and wear and tear from use are not covered under warranty. Hestra reserves the right to determine if the gloves meet this criteria. At our discretion we will either repair or replace the item free of charge.
Electronics in our heated items are covered under warranty for two years from purchase date. A dated proof of purchase is required to establish warranty coverage period.
Because every person and every day is different, warmth is not covered under warranty.
